Signing of MoU with ESA-IFG

BEIRUT, LEBANON, October 3rd – The UN Global Compact Network Lebanon has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Institute for Finance and Government (IFG) and the École Supérieure des Affaires (ESA) Business School.

The broader aim of the MoU is to provide a fully-fledged training program on good governance to NGOs and associations in Lebanon.

In a short speech, UNGCNL Executive Director Ms. Deenah Fakhoury highlighted the importance of good governance for an enduring and sustainable working model, a point echoed by Mr. Maxence Duault, General Director-Dean of the ESA Business School, who stressed the need for NGOs to professionalize themselves.
