Fulcrum sal is a joint-stock company incorporated in Lebanon. The company was registered on September 9, 2004.

Fulcrum created and developed all the existing concepts for Restaurants and Cafes at Rafic Hariri International Airport, Beirut, which are:

Akle, Cafematik, Salt and Balkoumi.

Fulcrum has the exclusive right to develop, manage, and operate restaurants, Food courts, and Cafés at RHIA.
