SDG 1 : No Poverty

Generation of Innovation Leaders, a project supported by UNICEF and funded by KFW, aims at empowering the marginalized Lebanese and refugee youth in Lebanon, aged 14 to 24 years, giving them hope in a promising future and encouraging them to get positively involved in the society they live in.

SDG 5: Gender Equality

The gender split was 58% girls and 42% boys who participated in INJAZ programs during academic year 2017-2018.

INJAZ Lebanon also organized projects dedicated to young ladies to inspire them and help them develop their entrepreneurial skills:

Innovation Camp with a challenge related to STEM: 68 high school girls participated.

Company Program: Women in Tech Edition. 5 teams will be competing for the Best Company Award.

SDG 17: Partnerships for the goals

INJAZ Lebanon partnered with UNDP on Youth Leadership Programme 4, to support and empower young women and men change-makers to design and implement innovative, impactful and sustainable development solutions. INJAZ Lebanon is currently training a group of 25 youth in Beirut and they’re preparing to pitch their idea in October.
