Gacia Apikian Bazhouny

Gacia Apikian Bazhouny is a purposeful executive with over 10 years of experience in sustainability strategy development, management, and reporting, as well as corporate communications and marketing strategy and content development. She joined INDEVCO Group in 2010 in the online communications unit. She later helped develop a sustainability strategy as a core business function, aligning with INDEVCO’s community and people-centered philosophy and values. In 2019, she took over the INDEVCO Global Communications & Sustainability department and in 2020 launched INDEVCO Consultancy – Sustainability Governance & Strategy services. In 2017, she completed the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards Certified Training in London, and earned a certificate in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School in 2020. She completed her Master’s in Business Administration – Management & Marketing and is currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Corporate Sustainability & Innovation from Harvard Extension School. As a consultant, she is driven to help other organizations set sustainability as a strategic priority to support value-creation through environmental and social responsibility.
