Joanne Chehab

Joanne Sarraf Chehab is the CEO and board member of Malia Holding since January 2016. Previously, she held several roles across Malia Group subsidiaries and in different job functions namely Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Procurement, and Finance. 
Well-positioned to understand the dynamics of a family business with regional reach and sector diversity, Joanne is committed to meeting stakeholders’ expectations and supporting managerial empowerment, diversity & inclusion, and integrity of conduct. 
She is a founding member of Jean & Charlotte Sarraf Foundation, the Family Business Network (FBN)- Levant Chapter, and a Board member of several organizations (MEREF, Le Cercle des Dirigeants, LMA, GS1…). 
Joanne holds a BA in Economics from Saint Joseph University and a Master’s degree in Management from ESSEC.
