Nada Abi Saleh

Nada Abi Saleh comes with 30+ years of experience in the communication business and is at the helm of Leo Burnett Beirut since 2014.

Nada joined Leo Burnett back in 1988 as an account executive on Procter & Gamble and since then started taking on more challenges requiring leadership roles on the strategic and creative levels.

During her tenure, Nada helped transform Leo Burnett Beirut into a leading global creative agency, has been the leader and catalyst behind globally recognized creative campaigns such as Khede Kasra, Johnnie Walker, Banque Audi, Bel, Kafa, Alfa, Abaad, and UN portfolio.

After she assumed the role of Managing Director, she lent her strategic skills and leadership to an agency of 70 people, overlooking local and regional accounts encompassing several industries including Banking, Telco, FMCG, Retail, and NGOs.

She has raised the global ranking of Leo Burnett Beirut to the 4th most creative Agency in the world as per the Big Won 2015 report and has landed in the year 2015 with the team the first Gold Glass Lion in the Middle East and the first Gold Facebook Award in the region for Kafa “Vote for Us, We’ll Vote for You” campaign, and in 2017 5 Lions for the “Undress522” campaign for Abaad. securing ever since Gold and Grand Prix awards every year in global key creative awards.

Nada has a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from the American University of Beirut, in addition to an MA in International Relations, and completed her Law studies at the University of Saint Joseph in Beirut.
