Tania Rizk

Assistant General Manager, Banque Libano-Française (BLF)

Tania Rizk is Assistant General Manager at Banque Libano-Française (BLF), where she is currently Head of the Group Human Resources, Communications, CSR & Customer Experience Division.
She is a member of the Management Committee of the Bank as well as the following committees: Human Resources, Career Development, CSR, Digitization, Business Continuity Plan, and Physical Infrastructure.
She is also actively involved with the Association of Lebanese Banks where she represents BLF in the Media and Communications Working Group.

On the social activities front, Tania is the Chair of the Board of Directors of the OFSEP (Organization Fund for Studies, Education, and Publication), the General Secretary of the Board of Directors of the IAA (International Advertising Association – Lebanon Chapter) and she sits on the Board of Directors of the Scholarship Fund of Notre-Dame de Jamhour School Alumni, in addition to being a member in several other social associations.  Before joining BLF in 2004, Tania had a diversified and extended experience in TV and press production and writing, as well as in communications and marketing consultancy.
She taught communication at the Lebanese Academy of Fine Arts (ALBA) where she was responsible for the establishment of the Audio-Visual Department.
She also administered the Middle East Council of Churches (MECC) studios in Beirut and spearheaded the marketing and communications plans of major fund-raising and philanthropic projects.
Between 1997 and 2000, Tania established and managed the Communications Department at Bank Audi.
Tania Rizk has studied communications and media in France. She holds the Lebanese and French nationalities and is a proud mother of two daughters.
