Vartkes Keutelian is the Administrative Manager MicroCredit Program in Makhzoumi Foundation and had various posts related to Operations and Program Administration since 2012.
He has a diploma from the Lebanese University in Engineering, Electronics, Electricity, and IT, and has obtained a Certificate of Micro-Finance Professional from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Passionate about Entrepreneurship, Technology, and Financial Inclusion he has diversified experience, in IT and Management. Specifically, he has been managing the MicroCredit Program in MF and its Entrepreneurial activities for more than 10 years.
